The chicken was tender and lightly battered it was delicious! The staff was so great and fun. I would highly recommend this to people who want fried chicken because it’s very light.

Always good, friendly and fast

I feel like the quality has gone downhill the last year or so while the price has gone up. Chicken pieces are smaller with more breading. Still tastes good but just not what it was.

The food is AMAZING! The service is excellent. This is a perfect place for the fat kid at heart who loves to eat chicken. Screw popeyes and KFC. Come here!

Huge portions, food comes out fast, clean dining area, and great customer service

My Dear Friend Nay took my to lunch there & I was pleasantly impressed. There was more than chicken to eat & my food was Plentiful & Yummy. I had the Chicken Strips.

An okay atmosphere, normally has sports on a few tv's and cartoons for the kids. Food is sub par, especially for the prices that they sell it at. Not very crispy chicken, clams are decent but again not crispy for being fried, fries are pitiful, and the only thing that you can smell or taste is garlic. Only giving it 2 stars because the barbecue sauce and service was great.

Great food but service is lacking

Fries were delicious 😋. Chicken was juicy and well breaded however the tenders needed a minute or so longer in the fryer, breading wasn't crunchy and was a little bland. Sauces were delicious 😋

I had some chicken fingers and fries delivered along with some ranch dipping sauce. the chicken was fried and tasted decently alright, though I felt it was a bit tough. the fries were not super crispy or hot, though that is understandable for them having been delivered. the flavor of both were what I expected. the ranch tastes watery, though that might have just been my luck. Thanks to Ayman, my doordash delivery driver for the past two times. He's super fast and overall, I would recommend him highly.

There hamburgers are really good with the bread toasted. Looks nice and great customer service...

Got some buffalo cheese fries! Really enjoyed them! Food was delicious! Would give them a 5 star rating for food but male cashier had passive agressive attitude. For it being my first time here & didn't know about the menu.

Service was way too slow. It took them almost 20 minutes to get 2 small fries up and out to us. There was only 3 other people in there and we were customers 2 and 3 of the 5. We were only the second order. Really unsatisfied with the service.

Actually 4 1/2 Stars. Excellent service, kind and helpful people who take time to explain. We've tried chicken fingers, fish, shrimp and salad. All great! And the dipping sauce is delicious. Yum!

We ordered the Shack Pack which came with 4 huge drinks. We chose to have 25 wings with fries which were all so crispy. The portion of fries was very generous and the food was enough to be shared among 5 people. There is a good variety of dips to choose from too for the wings and fries. Best french fries ever. Chicken is good too. I even like their burgers... But those fries!

An excellent place if you like Fried Chicken, tons of sauce choices and some dry seasoning options. The people were all happy, helpful ,and willing to make a recommendation. The dining are was not crowded or too loud and was above all else clean! Will definitely come back.

A lot of good food for a decent price

I hadn't been in for awhile so I decided to order something simple, a five piece chicken finger with garlic fries and honey bbq sauce. The food was great! The staff was friendly, but even though it was pretty empty in there it took them what seemed like forever to actually get my food out to me. Other than the wait time though, no complaints.

Everything about this place is pretty great! The sauces are hand made and delicious. So far I haven't had anything I didn't like.

Chicken wings were great, and there were quite a few flavor options. Chicken tenders weren't bad either. I also liked that there were other options besides chicken; the clam strips were pretty good.

My second favorite place to eat when I visit K Falls. I tell everyone that goes to Klamath I tell about chicken shack visits and says it’s the best they have had. I wish there was one in Medford. I’m not a big fried chicken fan. But Chicken Shack has changed our ways.

The guy at the register was very rude, also I asked for a cup for water to go and as he handed me the cup he said “ this is just for water nothing else” making sure I just got water..... and then i asked for a straw and he said “ yeah I guess “ and rolled his eyes as he walked to get me a straw. Other than that they had great food .

Chicken was just a tad bit tough. But the fries and tots are awesome 👌

Very good food here, very popular. My favorite is the grilled chicken wrap with a sweet and spicy dressing, a bit messy but very good! The fish sandwich was good but the cold tartar sauce melted on the hot fish and made for a messy lunch.

Just like you were at a friend's house eating a barbque - they have good size portions and taste really good! Plus they have awesome hamburgers!

It's Ok, better than McDonald's, not as good as most restaurants. Two of us went for our first time, for lunch. I had their calimari and fries. It was a small portion with 5 calimari sticks made from minced meat with any flavor. I needed a second order at $7.99 each to fill me up. The fries tasted great, but had so much salt on them it looked like they had been left out in a snow storm, they had a very distinct white layer on them. The other person had a 3-piece chicken and fries. His fries, like mine, were buried in salt. His meal had a lot more chicken than I had calimari so he was fine with one order. I doubt I'll return. Good food and great service!

Delicious food and friendly staff. Inside, it's a little dimly-lit, but still nice. There's an entire section dedicated to kids and families. I lived almost three years in Klamath Falls before eating here, and that feels like time wasted. I definitely recommend it now.

Not a fan in general. It seemed like it was designed as a cafeteria. And I didn't care for the fries foods. It may be a bit and miss thing...

Good food. Good place with kids. A bit of a wait for food, might not be the best choice if you in a hurry.

Service is fast and friendly. I don't like the new tenders. You should go back to the old way. When you first opened. The Fry's are soggy too. I would love to see them both go back to the way they were when you first opened.

Crazy me. I thought this was a chicken place. They only have breast tenders and wings. I was looking for actual fried chicken, like legs and thighs. No dice. Maybe they should change the name to "The Tenders &Wings Shack", or get some variety.....?

This is the best chicken I have ever had. Absolutely delicious. I’m really missing it with this quarantine. I ant wait for it to be over !!!!

Great breading. Not greasy. Wings & tender strips.also with Lemon Pepper Flavor on request. Shoestring fries so they are crispy. I think they may have Beer. A nice casual dining experience for the whole family.

Got undercooked fried shrimp the first time, and the second time I tried the chicken, kinda dry and had weird alergic reaction. Probably just me but overall upsetting

Great service. Made two orders. They forgot about my 2nd order, but were quick to get it out when they realized they hadn't given it to me.

The atmophere is very relaxed. The staff are always friendly and inviting and the food is always hot and fresh. The eating area is always clean.
